All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue items at any time.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments can be made securely via credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, or COD (extra charge may apply).
4. Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, unless it has already been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may request a return after delivery (as per our Return Policy).
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to conditions (unused, unwashed, original packaging).
Refunds: Once your returned product is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 48 hours.

Shipping times are estimated between 2–5 business days, depending on location.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics or weather issues.
Dirt and Duo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners.
